If you know a healthcare professional who provides outstanding care and is an advocate for afib patients and their family members, you may wish to nominate him or her for the prestigious Eric N. Prystowsky, MD Advocate for Patients Award. This award will be presented at the 2017 Get In Rhythm. Stay In Rhythm.™ Atrial Fibrillation Patient Conference. (The conference is hosted by StopAfib.org, and MyAFibExperience.org is a co-sponsor of the conference.)
