New MyAFibExperience.org Coming This Week

Posted by Mellanie at StopAfib.org on March 18,  2018  10:53am EST

The transition to our new look will likely happen early this week. If all goes as planned, MyAFibExperience.org will be down for 24-48 hours while the migration happens. It involves moving everything from the servers of one company to those of another, along with lots of testing to make sure everything was moved correctly.

For now, please make a note of your username and password as you will need them to sign in to the new MyAFibExperience.

Some things to expect during the transition are:
  • MyAFibExperience.org will NOT be available for 24-48 hours sometime this week

  • When it is ready at the new location, we expect to send an email alert, but the site may be available before the email goes out.

  • You will still access it using the same address, https://MyAFibExperience.org.

  • Sign in with your same username and password.

  • Things will look different as there will be a new color scheme (the red used by AHA and StopAfib.org will be the predominant color).

  • It will take longer to resume the daily and weekly digests because that is more complex (and personalized to each person). We expect the digests to resume the week of April 6. In the meantime, you may wish to check the forums regularly for new topics and comments.

We hope that you will like the new look and new features (see more about the new features in our earlier blog post at https://myafibexperience.org/blogs/16/83).

Once the transition is complete, if you have any questions, need assistance, or have trouble logging in, please email us at SupportNetwork@heart.org.
